my hands, fingers , are permantly swelled and disfigured. my fingers

are so crooked and the joints so swollen, can't close my hands. really

have a lot of pain ..... i've been this way for a long time, it is

getting worse everyday.

don't know what to tell you hon, ... warm water helps. there's so

much i can't do that i used to. my dr. just looks at them, says....

" you have severe arthritis in your hands. along with it everywhere

else, and DDD. "

find a good dr. , hope they can help you before it gets out of hand ,
