Guest guest
Hello all, Just a quick note. I have not been feeling very well. My lower back is causing almost constant pain and I can not sit for long without it getting worse. This also causes me to feel depressed and have anxiety. I am doing OK with both of those though. I don't think we would be human if we didn't have negative emotions when we are in pain. I have taken a hiatus from the computer and devoted myself to just trying to be comfortable when I am home. I guess it is about time for me to see the chiroprctor, since I won't let them do surgery. I do need to tell you that both my daughter and I failed with the smoking. We plan to try again with the New Year. Thank you for your concerns. I will post again when I can sit for longer periods. Guest guest
Hi Shirley: I have had you in my thoughts and prayers, and know just how awful a bad back can be. I am glad you are taking it easy, and not doing anything to make your back worse. We all have to give into our injuries or RA at times. At least you tried giving up smoking for awhile, and that was a start. Next time I know you will be successful. You can only handle one problem at a time. Right now you have a full plate taking care of your bad back. I do hope it continues to feel better each day. May God Bless you Shirley, and remember I care. Wishing you pain free days ahead. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas. I will talk to you later. Hugs, Barbara > > > > Sue, Les and group, > > Thats good to hear of recent contact from Shirley. > > I too had missed her posts. Have also been concerned with the > silence from Tawny. Guest guest
Shirley, I screwed up my lower back a few weeks ago. I was never a great believer in chiropractic, but I gaveit a try and I can sit and walk w/o pain for the first time in a month. I have a bad lower back inheirited from my father (along with the RA genes - yay!) and I think I need a regular pattern of back exercises to keep it healthy. Feel better! ________________________________ From: nana2livi <s.p5315@...> Sent: Monday, December 15, 2008 4:11:42 AM Subject: [ ] Re: re Shirley Hello all, Just a quick note. Guest guest
Shirley, I've missed you. I hope you'll get some help for your back pain soon. Don't worry about the smoking right now. You can try again when you're feeling better. On Mon, Dec 15, 2008 at 4:11 AM, nana2livi <s.p5315@...> wrote: > Hello all, > Just a quick note. I have not been feeling very well.
