Guest guest
now that my surgery date is getting much closer, (will be some time early November, like the first week, but I don't have an exact date. . must write maria), I am looking at all the things (links) others have shared in this e-group. I think I should keep an open mind. However, Ms Widemark certainly does have her mind fixated on the negatives. She seems to base everything on older surgery that is NOT performed any longer. Surgery done today is different and long term follow up is done. Ms T seems to have a flaming web site dissing Dr. Rutledge. Well. . .his collegues certainly don't hold his surgery in any good light, and I wonder what will happen 5 or 10 years out with all of his patients. Anyway, I do tend to look an the negatives. But, I've been to several of Dr. Rabkins group meeting. . .and he certainly lets the people tell it like it is. Not everything is rosey. . .he doesn't cover it up, and he's not trying to sell a bunch of snake oil. I wish I could make it to Dr. Anthone's group, but, honestly, that is too far away to drive at night. This group does not pull punches. There is no " Moonies " here because no one sugar coats what happens. I am expecting the worse, but secretly hoping for the best. Blessed Be.
