Guest guest
I am a vampire....apparently. I need to fix this messed up sleep cycle and get into a good routine. I've always been a night owl. I love to read until I fall asleep with the book on my chest. BUT, I need to exercise and my baby Sis will only walk with me in the mornings. Plus I'm missing out on so much during the mornings. I want to start my bargain hunting again and that needs to be done in the a.m. I've used Ambien and won't go down that path again. It became too expensive what with the high ebay bills that I had no recollection of incurring......and getting off of it was a long process and very hard to do. Any advice? What about Lunesta? Is it the same as Ambien? I've used benadryl and it makes me so groggy and foggy feeling when I wake up. I've tried warm milk, soothing music, white noise, etc., and nothing seems to shut this brain down. The idea is to be able to walk in the mornings and then be tired by a decent hour at night. I may be fooling myself on the walking but I'm going to try. My breathing has become more labored of late, and the dry cough is starting, but I have to at least attempt to walk and try to rid myself of this prednisone weight that I've carried for far too long. I may need my knees replaced and I would first like to lose weight, for many reasons related to the surgery. Sooooo, advice, help, ideas....all would be appreciated! I see my Pulmo next week and will of course discuss this with him, but I always like to get the patients point of view. Hugs y'all!
