Guest guest
Carol ABA is a one on one therapy. I forget what it stands for, but my son is in a ABA program in Massachusetts. My town pays for all of his special needs, ST,OT,ABA etc... I also know that from speaking to friends on this list that certain states do not knwo anything about ABA or have it. My son has been in a ABA program for 2 years now and is doing great. He had 5 words before going into the program at 2 years old and now has nearly 200 words. Hope this helped a little bit, if any questions you can e-mail me privately. Terry, mom to 4yo PDD-NOS
Guest guest
ABA is Applied Behavior Anaylsis. I am in the process right now of fighting my school system for funding a full-time program. It definately depends on where you are at as to who pays what. If you go to Autism.com, there are many links with information on ABA...
