Guest guest
I have been a member of the group for a while, but haven't posted previously. My diagnosis has changed through the years, UCTD, Sjogrens, RA, Lupus..... I'm sure some of you have gone through the same thing. More recently, as deformity in my hands and feet developed, it was narrowed to RA as primary. I have a couple of questions. I moved to the Kansas City area 2 years ago and am looking for a new rheumatologist, preferably on the Ks side of the state line. My other question has to do with foot doctors, whether to see an orthopedist or podiatrist. I saw a podiatrist in another city a few years ago. I wasn't favorably impressed with her or her office, although I did get an orthotic from her that helped my hips, but not my feet. My feet have gotten worse, and I'm having trouble finding shoes. It's painful to walk, but I do walk my dogs every day. I'd like to hear some experiences with doctors, and suggestions. Thank you.
