Guest guest
my b12 was really low and i have started taking injections. i have ms and the symptoms like pain and weakness are all way improved. i am thinking more shots might be just the thing. what is other people's experience with the stuff. can it be overdone? Hi, I've been having 5ml per week of Vitamin B12 for about 16 years. Before that I was on 2ml every 2 weeks for about 20 years. I don't suffer from MS fatigue, depression and all the other things that come with the fatigue. You cannot over dose on B12 the body takes what it requires and you pass out any excess. Remember an MS body absorbs B12 very very slowly so if checked can give a false reading. (England)

Guest guest
I take B-12 sublingual tablets, 5000 mcg. The doctor tested my blood and recommended this. I've been consistently testing close to anemic for the past ten years. Since I always feel cold faster and worse than anyone else I know, I've asked the doctor to test to see if I have " cold agglutinin " , another autoimmune disease. Does anyone on this list have any experience with that?
