I've had a few Kenalog injections intranasally. It wasn't too bad so

long as you didn't think about it. I got them to help reduce swelling

in my sinuses. It kinda helped.

As to having the polyp removed, if it is where you say it is, the ENT

probably can give you a shot of novacaine and snip it out. I had a

mole just inside one nostril (if you can believe it!) and the ENT

just snipped it out, gave me a couple of stitches, and sent me to

work.

i have had kenalog injections all over. i live 35 miles from my rheumy's and

never had a problem driving home or going back to work afterwards.

It HURT! But it DID help... Only one. I wussed out after the first!

Added 5 mg injectable MTX to the mix.... We shall see if this helps!
