Guest guest
I have had a time with my feet and legs. My ankles, back of my heel and the bottom of my feet. I was diagnosed with plantar facitiis for the bottom of the feet. My rhuematologist did not recommend steroid shots in my feet, but I was getting to the point that I could not walk. He said it would break down the padding of my foot, but I thought just one time should be okay. I went to a poditrist and got the shots, plus I started wearing Sketcher Shapers. I still have some pain, but not like it was. I am living a normal life. Regina Burns
