Guest guest
If some of you remember, I was 'mis'treated for prostate cancer for 2 months, 40 treatments. Now, a month after, I just saw my Urologist to get the latest on my results, and it's GOOD NEWS! My PSA is very low, more than usual so I'm declaring myself to be cancer-free! I had a rough 2 months but have gotten past it except for my sleep pattern. It's still messed up but I can live with that. It's much better than the alternative. Now I can start back on MTX and maybe make my Rheumy happy. He's complaining about my staying on 10 mg Pred and not taking Fosamax. I'm having 4-5 doctors telling me what to do and none are the same. Fosamax is a problem of the jaw, causing necrosis, and I'm having unresolved problems with my teeth. I'm not back to taking it yet and my Dentist agrees. One doctor took me off my heart meds and I had to restart them. He's out! The others are more realistic and working with me, not against me. Except the Rheumy. I'm watching closely and will dump him when I get the chance. Dennis in eastexas
