Guest guest
Remember to keep an eye out on your caseworker, make sure he or she is submitting all your information. If you do get a denial. Check with a fine tooth comb and make sure she did submit, if not call her boss and his boss I found my caseworker did not submit my finale diagnosis and labs and the doc too! Called her supervisor and he said, you should appeal, I said I understand but when she does not submit every thing that is not fair. So they resubmitted and i got 2 new caseworkers, i called his boss just to let know what was up and then got approved 3 weeks later Kathy Michigan
Guest guest
Thanks, Kathy. I applied in March 2006, was denied, appealed, denied again and had a hearing before an adjudication judge on June 25th - its been well over 3 years now and is so frustrating. I've had a SSD attorney since just after the first appeal was filed, so she's working hard at making sure SSD has all the information. Now I'm in another holding/waiting pattern to see if the judge will finally approve my claim.....Doreen Remember to keep an eye out on your caseworker, make sure he or she is submitting all your information.
