Just trying to catch up with my email and reading posts. Now here are some

responses.

In

regard to B12, I really don't feel I could survive without. I don't do

the injections as of yet, but I do carry a sublingual B-Complex liquid

with me and use daily, several times if necessary. It really helps.

I've

been having way too many problems with overheating lately, to the point

of it affecting my breathing abilities. The horrid part of this is that

it's sometimes now occurring when I am in cool environments. Yesterday,

after having a record day of 4 terrible occurrences with this problem, I

have increased my dosage of L-Tyrosine, hoping this might help. Janet, I

may also try your suggestion. I need to find an answer quickly as

breathing is quite important :-o

The herbal remedies

that I have found to be most helpful so far are Boswellia,

Turmeric, Bromelaine (which are combined in a product I have been

buying and selling since 2003) and I also believe that my daily intake

of cayenne pepper

has also been quite helpful. Janet, I was not able to walk without

support and sometimes just not walking much at all for years. I have

been walking without support since 2006. In the past year, there have

been a couple of times I've had little relapses that had me getting

really close to buying canes again, but so far so good. I started

running behind shopping carts 2 years ago, only fell one time last year,

and break out into little sprints without support every once in awhile -

I am not totally confident about the running thing, but I am no longer

so overly cautious about crossing streets anymore like I used to be when

I was taking such small careful steps.

I also have great wonders about how much the Salon

Pas I've been using since 2002 have had to do with my betterment. I

have used them a

lot on my neck over the years and now that there is so much talk going

on about CCSVI, I am very curious about how that may  have helped me.

Nevertheless,

I still have plenty of ms symptoms, I am walking though and that's

phenomenal compared to what doctors threatened my future rest of life to

be in 1998.

Cheers,

Cheylenna
