Thanks for this suggestion.

Before I explore it, any ideas if someone who cannot even walk one step or lift

a leg, and who has chronic balance, can actually be got onto a horse? Getting

into the chair is hard enough :)

Hippotherapy (therapeutic horse back riding) has been know to help with people's

walking, among many other things. See if there's any therapeutic riding centers

in your area.

Thanks Tom. In that case I'll check it out but not too hopeful as I've hardly

ever seen a horse up here.

Something I haven't tried.

My wife (who has MS) has similar symptoms and they were able to get her

on a horse.
