Guest guest
Hi All, Isn't there a species of ehrlichia which specifically attacks (or affects) lymphs? They are hard and painful when I touch them. I am a little nervous abt it and will show it to my doctor on tues. Anyone else ever get something like this? Guest guest
Dear Fran, I haven't read the other posts about lymph nodes so I hope I'm not repeating someone, but when I finally presented with signs and symptoms that couldn't be ignored (like my complaints could be) and I had a positive , I had non-tender lymph nodes all over. My groin, down my inner thighs, axilla, front of neck, under chin, back of neck. I had never seen anything like it before (and I'm a physician). Guest guest
Fran -- I've let my e-mail back up, and maybe someone else answered your question about swollen lymph nodes, but I have that symptom. Sometimes they are painful, but often they are not. charlotte in vermont
Guest guest
Thank you Gail. I havent heard of a rebounder so thats a new one to me. Yes I am using CS and the Magnetic pulser. Thanks again
Guest guest
Hi SDGWM, Are you using the magnetic pulser? If so, that is suppose to get the lymphs draining plus kill microbes. Try using it on the spot for 1/2 hour or more but qradually work up to that amount of time watching for any die-off. Only go at the pace your body can take. Also, if you have a rebounder, that is one of the best ways to move the lymph plus helps remove the toxins from the body. It's one of the best things I've ever come by that is so good for your health. Important to use a good quality one tho so as not to cause any injury to the knees, back or ankles. The cheaper ones from Wal-Mart can cause permanent damage. Also, this is not a toy. Important to start out slow. Suggested only 15 seconds and stop to see if you're dizzy or any negative feelings at all. Gradually work up to 30 minutes. Your feet don't even have to leave the mat to get results. Just a soft bounce will do. If you didn't take V up on his offer for a free CD on Beck's protocol and also some of Dr. West stuff on rebounding to list members, you might want to check with him to see if he's still offering it. I understand it is excellent with all kinds of great information. Also, many people leave out the ozonated water and CS when doing Beck's protocol and then don't get the desired results they want. Important to include tho with the BEing and magnetic pulser. So if you have the MP, use that longer; and if you can get a good quality rebounder that, too, should take care of the problem. God Bless, Gail Enlarged lymph nodes > I have been using 2 electrical protocols from Beck for the last 3 weeks. One > of my goals is to get an active lymph node in my neck that back to normal > size. Guest guest
A rebound is a mini trampoline that you bounce/jump up and down on. It's great. Guest guest
Just a question, but has anyone in the chat room had complete healing , Meaning no more symptoms , from cancer or any autoimmune disease following the Beck protocol. I haven't been able to find much success online regarding people gaining back there health and I'm curious if anyone no's if this Becks protocol is really working. If you have achieved complete long term remission as a result of the Beck protocol , or no a place to find such people I'd been very interested in reading the stories. I've been using the Beck machine and colloidal silver for about 2 months with no real change. I think I have some form of autoimmune disease , but don't know what to call it. Please advise, Thanks, Jim Re: Enlarged lymph nodes Hi Check this one out. The RAINBOW BODY ENERGISER RH48 at: http://www.ourlifeforce.com/index.html I am a user and have no interest in its sales. Guest guest
Hi Jim Beck talks about hundreds of people that have recovered using his protocol on his video. I was giving away a free CD with that video on it if you want one let me know. V Re: Enlarged lymph nodes Hi Check this one out. Guest guest
, It is funny you brought this up. About nine years ago I had my lymph nodes removed under my arms. I was sent to an oncologist for follow up. Just the other day I was reading through his records, and found that there were no signs of cancer but down on the bottom of the page it stated that the lymph nodes were being affected due to the psorisis. He never said that to me, but reading this just the other day gave me a rude awakening as to how much P and PA effect the whole body. I am glad you are ok, and like you I never knew the full affects of this disease until the past year. Thanks for writing Pat
Guest guest
Hi , Sorry you had to go through that but glad it was not cancer. I had a similar experience with very enlarged lymph nodes in the groin area. They were very painful. A PA(physician Assistant) became convinced it was cancer and put me through some tests-it turned out to be related to the psoriasis. I've had it several times since and dismissed it as the p and I did think to myself I wonder if I ever got cancer if it would just be dismissed as p. Thanks for the good info. Figured I'd share it here because if you guys experience anything similar, finding lumps in or near the armpits, neck, or groin, you may feel better knowing it might be P at work rather than something more serious. I mean, it's good to have it checked out Wow, I never associated this with PA but I have very enlarged glands under each armpit. I have had it checked out and the doctors have said it is not something to worry about but nobody ever said it had anything to do with PA JANET

Unfortunately, I don't know that yet. I still have to go through the open biopsy to be sure -- that's next week. But it's interesting to hear that you've had this experience too. It definitely helps put my mind at ease!

Guest guest
Hi , hang in there. When are they doing the follow up tests? I had a mammo scare in 2009 that managed to spoil both my 20th high school reunion and my birthday while I waited for the work up. Turned out I had a complex cyst (fluid plus solid components) that looked sketchy on mammo. Those radiologists who are reading your images always want everything worked up. Tell yourself that you're going to live in the moment and try not to focus on your worries. Guest guest
Betty, I've had breast cancer, but it was caught so early there was no lymph node involvement. But if the breast tissue looked fine, you should try not to worry. It's always really scary to get called back for another mammogram, I know. I found this site, where a doctor says that RA , and even infections, can cause swollen lymph nodes. http://tinyurl.com/67v6r43 Please let us know what you find out. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Sue On Mar 3, 2011, at 9:16 PM, mbdomby wrote: > Hello, > I've been on this list for a while but never post. Guest guest
I have been told that I might have breast cancer by almost every physician I have seen for years. I never knew RA could cause the swelling, and my rhuematologist never told me that either. I do have Sjogren's and thought it could be caused by it. I was told by my most recent dermatologist that I can have them removed if the inflammation does not improve. I now have the name of a plastic surgeon to have this done, as the inflammation has worsened in the last few years and has caused me to be bed ridden sometimes for 6 months or longer, it is so painful and fatiguing I can't take it. I've been taking prednisone to deal with it but I've had complications from long term use of prednisione in the past that will be with me the rest of my life I'm afraid. So, lol, I guess my suggestion is to talk to a dermatologist re treatment and then a surgeon if necessary. My rhuemie doesn't try to treat every aspect of my disease, though I want him to, he believes in my going to other physicians for various disorders.  ladeyangll
Guest guest
Hi , When my RA first presented itself, I had the exact same swelling. The swelling in the lymph node in my armpit was the size of a baseball and very painful. The rest of my body hurt so bad, I couldn't get out of bed. I hurt everywhere. My GP sent me to a Rheumatologist based on my blood work. The Rheumy sent me to an Oncologist to rule out cancer (all my tests came back negative). I went to a Breast Surgeon on my own for peace of mind. Long story short...it was the RA, no cancer. I continually have problems with my lymphnodes swelling. This lets me know that I am going to flare. My doctor said to use heat for pain, and cold for swelling (as needed). Follow up with your GP or Rheumatologist, and they should have more ideas on how to help you cope. Betsy in the VI > > Hello, > I've been on this list for a while but never post. Guest guest
Thanks everyone for the encouraging responses. I am worrying a lot less now. I really think this is due to RA because my arms and shoulders are the only places that I'm having RA pain now - and have been since last year since a big flare up. Seems logical - right??? Thanks again. I am now able to breathe without anxiety meds.
