Guest guest
Hang in there Dennis, and keep us posted. My gpa had prostate cancer with mets in his spine. He lived for 20 years after dx, had no pain, and died of something else at 92. Even if it's the worst, chances are very good you will be a -ok. Lots of folks don't have that opportunity. My doc called this morning and the results are in and he wants to see me tomorrow. I hope that's a good thing but have a feeling there's a reason for the rush. Now I'm concerned. Statistics say that one in five men get prostate cancer. -- Dennis in eastexas
Guest guest
My brother has prostate cancer. They did not recommend surgery. He had to take some hormones, and then he had to have radiation treatments. My uncle had prostate cancer and had surgery. He has gone downhill ever since. Surgery is not always the best option. I hope you don't have it. Keep us posted. Sue On Aug 6, 2009, at 1:55 PM, Dennis W wrote: > My doc called this morning and the results are in and he wants to > see me > tomorrow.
