Guest guest
I appreciate the very detailed suggestions given for this problem. I've suffered from UTIs since grammar school, long before an MS diagnosis. There seems to be a genetic predisposition to the condition in my family. I've been helped by a few tips that haven't yet been mentioned. I do not use *any* cleansing product on my pudendum except water- no soaps, no sprays, nothing. I watch for the early warning symptoms of a UTI. At the first sign of burning, I start drinking constantly- water, tea, anything. I make a point of drinking if I get up in the middle of the night for any reaso, so that I don't have 8 hours with no fluid intake. I hate the taste of cranberry juice, so I'll mix it with ginger ale or something else. Usually, if I begin these preventive measures at the first sign of an infection, I can keep it from developing into a full-blown infection that needs an antibiotic from the doctors. Thanks again for the many suggestions. Ann

Guest guest
If you ever find that you can't correct your problem with water, try extra virgin coconut oil. It is anti-viral, fungal and bacterial. Eat it or put it on your skin. It works either way. > > I appreciate the very detailed suggestions given for this problem.
