Hi DD.  I had a feeling your sore throat would lead to Bronchitis, just like

me.  Sorry you have it, and I hope with the anti-biotics you will begin to feel

better soon.  I know you feel bad not getting your infusion.  Hopefully, the

Pred. will help you get through the next 10 days.  Pred. is my wonder drug too,

but the swelling from it is miserable.  I know just how you feel about that.

I am glad you kept your dr. appt. and got checked out.  I know from experience

that if you cancelled that appt. you would get sicker and really be in trouble

health wise.

I was about ready to cancel my PC doc's appointment today, but chest still

felt a little weird, so I went. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and started

on an antibiotic. That means my infusion was canceled tomorrow, in fact I

can't have one for at least ten days. The next two weeks will be

interesting.

I think that if I had not read about others having their sore throats morph

into something more serious, I would not have kept on top of this like I

did. So thanks to the list.

I also asked about my weight staying the same and my shirts getting

tighter. Side-effect of Prednisone. Lovely. Can't live without it, can't get

into

my shirts with it.
