Guest guest
Starshine, You say your here for an education...about alternative cures? Check out this link and then report back....I suggest anyone interested in alternate cancer cures read this page: http://www.jaynesgarden.com/Articles/ryter-article.htm December 12, 2005 About a week ago, I received a letter from some people who are being harassed by the FDA. I forwarded it to as many people as I could think of who might be able to do something to wake up the public as to what is going on here. We are like the proverbial frog in the pot of water slowly boiling to death because we have not been cognizant of the changes going on around us. One of my good friends (Jon Christian Ryter) has graciously written an article about this situation and posted it on his web site in hopes that the people in this country will wake up and starting fighting back. If we don't, we're going to lose our rights, not just to freedom of speech, but many others as well. I shall never forget the day I told one of my co-workers about the reasons the cancer clinics in Mexico exist there instead of here and his totally naive reply -- " Our country would never do that! " Come on, folks, wake up! The following article has been reprinted with permission from www.jonchristianryter.com Donna with the big boobs and knows how to type. > > I am fairly new here and feel that this is a waste of my time if others > are constantly critizing and flaming. Guest guest
>I am here for many reasons, but not to be slammed with constant links of people wanting to sell me something or for the constant name calling. Dan, your post says alot. Its right on mark. There are many things I believe are true, many things our goverment along with other governments do to persuade us into their way of thinking. I dont think our goverment is on the up and up. I have read alot about the New World Order, 2012, chemtrails etc. Many things leave me to search for more answers. Thats why I keep an open mind. I came here for one MAIN reason, my Father-in-law died this past March of cancer. He had colon cancer, that of course spread to many ares of his body, till eventually he passed. I watched as the Chemo treatments distroyed him, and up to the last minute they wanted to do some experimental treatment that we all said NO to. They wanted him for a guinea pig. Eventually, he was told he had 2 months to live, but it progressed fast and he passed in two weeks. I watched as this desease took over his body. I watched as the " Death Rattle " stage took over, I watched the final " Fish Out of Water " and his last breath. I, for the first time in my life seen the horror of this desease. For those that havent seen it, it will change your life forever. We all may have our opinions on cures, alternative medicines, rants and raves, but when it comes down to it, the one thing we can ALL do, is volenteer our services. Join a Hospice group or some other cancer group. Even though they administer the meds that we sometimes despise, there are other things to do to help those that suffer. Hospice was as Godsend! You can help with shopping, reading, batheing, there are many other areas. We can talk till dooms day about what we like and dont like about our country or goverment, but actions speak louder than words. Give the gift of laughter, support, and your time to those who need it. If you want to change your world, start with yourself.
Guest guest
Thank you starshinespedestal Excellent suggestion. Hospices are usually woefully understaffed. People at such a time have some heavy things to worry about. Anything that can be taken off thier mind is a blessing. A couple links about volenteering for Hospice work. http://www.hospicefoundation.org/hospiceInfo/volunteer.asp http://www.growthhouse.org/voltrain.html Are there research organizations who need volenteers? Anybody know what research organizations there are out there not associated with the pharmucutical companies and universities? Guest guest
Ignored the second link. On closer inspection it was trying to sell stuff Another good place to look. Found a local hospice here looking for volenteers and filled out thier form. They also offer volenteer opportunities of all kinds, not just hospice or medical related here. http://www.volunteermatch.org/ On 9/8/06, Dan <draciron@...> wrote: > > Thank you starshinespedestal > > Excellent suggestion.
