Guest guest
Hi Lynn. Yes, I agree it is wonderful to read posts here from everyone who is pain free, and found their " cocktail " of meds. that gave them their life back. I am one of those people. It gives others here hope that they will find the right meds. for them. It is trial and error.  I know it is hard to read posts from our members who are riddled with pain, no one understands their daily battle, friends and family think they are lying or exaggerating about the horrible pain from RA. Everyone needs someone who cares about them, understands what they are dealing with day in and day out. It is very easy to get depressed, feel alone, and that no one really gives a s#*t about you. This happened to me and I thought my life was over due to this ugly disease rearing its ugly head to me. I thank God each day I found this wonderful group of caring, loving, supportive people who really do care about us. I also like the fact we can say what we need to say, cry, vent, rage, etc. Everyone here knows exactly what we have to deal with day in and day out with RA. Everyone is supportive and really very knowledgable about RA and other auto-immune diseases. Yes, I like to read happy things, but I am so glad when members can bear their soul to us. It releaves a lot of stress and strife, and you feel so much better after. I could not imagine my life without everyone here. That is why I love everyone so much. I have been through a lot this last 1 1/2 years, and everyone, and I mean everyone, has been there for me. All of us try to help any one here with lots of love, support, and respect. We are not alone in our daily struggles, for everyone here has been there and done that.  My daily prayers is for everyone here to be pain free, and find their " magic cocktail " to give them their live back.  Love to all, and hugs too!  Barbara
