Trimming is required by simple list etiquette, it's as important as saying " please " and " thank you " when making requests of friends and family. it's as important as saying " please " and " thank you " when making requests of friends and family. Here at mscured, when you repeatedly fail to trim posts your account is put on " moderated " which means the moderator (me) must approve your posts before they go through to the list. Sometimes I'm online and check and correct your post right away. Other times, I'm away from my computer and your post sits in queue until I get to it. I do not trim posts for you. I send the post back for you to trim yourself. I have Yahoogroups set so that it sends all pending posts directly to my email, and I can approve and deny posts from my email. This means I don't log into Yahoogroups very often, so if your post needs more than I am able to accomplish via email it will sit in queue until I can log into my Yahoogroups account.
