Guest guest
Latoya, would you say that when your mind is " thinking " about food that you know it's not hunger (could be anything else) and when you are truly hungry, you always feel it physically? Sometimes I don't feel a growl in my stomach and I just think I feel hungry. I'm trying to sort out my " food " thoughts (emotional) from when I really feel hunger to eat. - > > JB, > > Good question. I've noticed that when I'm not hungry and want to eat I've started " thinking " about food versus when I'm truly hungry my stomach gurgles/growls, there's some heat around my stomach region, and I just " know " that I'm hungry.
