Guest guest Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 I've been trying different things and looking for different ways to cope with emotions that I can do other than going to the cupboards - getting really tired of that and just don't want to do it anymore. I know when I'm tired and very hungry I resort to old habits and I hear myself saying " I just don't care. " Don't really know how I got to this state but it seems like every time something uncomfortable comes up I try to stuff it down with food. Anyone know of any good books for coping? Thanks, J.
