Guest guest Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 Hi everyone! I'm L, another newbie! Even though I'm only 30, I have been on way too many diets to count. I love food, I love cooking, and I love enjoying a wide variety of foods! The problem is my mind has been cluttered with all kinds of food labels - ones that say white bread is horrible for you, ones that say full fat cream is bad for you, etc etc...it never ends! I just want to give up this mentality once and for all. I was doing very well last year, and then something got into my head saying I should make better choices. I know that is not the truth.
