That's great Alana!!! It feels so good when you listen to your body! :)

It just dawned on me that a few months ago I used to snack my way through the day because I was afraid of getting hungry. And then I would still have my "meals". After keeping snacks in my desk drawer at work because the diet industry always said to eat every couple of hours, I would eat all day long and then still go home at 6:00pm and eat a huge meal or snack my way through the evening in front of the TV. Last night I realized that I'm usually not hungry any more right when I get off work. So I find things that keep me busy when I get off work. Sometimes I do an exercise video or go for a walk. But I have been working on getting some projects done around my house. So last night I was painting trim work. I usually don't get hungry until around 8:00pm and I then will fix something to eat. I find I know eat much lighter and then I really am hungry in the morning. I used to force myself to eat

breakfast every single day. Sometimes I eat before I go to work, sometimes I take something with me and eat a bit later. But I really like how I am able to listen to my body and let it decide when I need to eat. And it's so freeing not to just sit in front of the TV and eat all evening long. And I love getting stuff done! Isn't IE great!Alana
