i took 3 100mg tablets of diflucan for 6 months and followed a diet that

eliminated grains, mushrooms, corn and peanuts. i ate organic meats and

vegetables. i also took nystatin 3 tablets per day for 2 1/2 years for

intestinal yeast. diflucan kills yeast in the blood while nystatin kills it in

the intestines only.

It worked awesome for me, it was quite a few years ago, so can't remember the

exact amount of mg, I think it only comes in the capsule size, and yes took it

on a daily basis, have never had candida since
