I don't think Vicki's response to was a lecture or harsh. She was just sharing her philosophy. Perhaps she struck one of your " red flag " buttons and caused you to become defensive...... I would be devastated if I began to regain any weight. It is a very real fear for me. I label it " fear of failure " as I am at the point in my journey where I have NEVER been successful: maintaining my weight. And hearing others experiencing regain, feeds my fear. I do get encouragement from you, though, Vickie, and your insight has been invaluable to me. I do not EVER want to chastise those struggling with regain/food issues. And healing from the inside OUT, seems to be a very appropriate title for this thread!
