so true....this would be " enabling. " You are right....feelings of compassion

are definitely evoked when I hear of someone struggling. And I know that it

is a positive thing to share personal experiences to help someone " over the

hump " so to speak. Whether or not they choose to listen and change or just

continue to whine is THEIR choice! Kinda like " sh** or get off the pot! "

Trying to help another can become too much of a burden if they are stuck in

their own pity party.
