how long did it take Orencia to work for you?

Since my terrible hand flare last week, my Rheumy suggested I not go

back to work until I've had my first round of Orencia (I decided on

Orencia over Remicade) Thank God, we don't rely on my income. I'm a

massage therapist and my money is 'fun' money. I am paranoid though

that the spa I work at as a subcontractor may terminate because of this

whole RA thing. Anyway, my question is to those of you who take

Orencia--how long did it take to work? Was it a night/day difference?

I am hoping for a big improvement, so let me know if my hopes are up

too high.
