Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new here, my name is Tammy I am 33 years old, I have 4 kids ages 17, 8, 2 and 1. I have been trying for a while to loose weight, about 4 1/2 years ago I lost 30 lbs. in 2 1/2 months just from counting calories, not even doing one bit of exercise. Now, this last week I have upped what I was doing, watching every calorie and logging it. Plus, I have been exercising. I weighed myself this morning and I gained 6 oz. I know that is not a lot. But this is killing me! I feel horrible about myself, I have tried to stop dieting, just simply make sure that I dont over eat and exercise, and that doesn't seem to work either. I am now 210 lbs. I don't want to be some really skinny person, but I want to look healthy, feel healthy and be able to look in the mirror and like what I see. I see a difference in my legs, I know that muscle weighs more than fat, but this is killing me!! I am looking for some way to get healthy without killing myself with diets, which apparently dont work anyway. This is just so depressing!
