My orthotics would squeak when I first got them, or if I put them in different

shoes other than my normal sneakers. My podiatrist told me to put baby powder

in the bottom of the shoe and after a few applications it worked.

I put the powder in my shoe first then the orthotic, now they don't

squeak! If they do squeak later will put more powder in.
