Hi, I'm found this group last night and thought I would join.

I've been wanting to lose weight for some time now but it's so hard

to do it by myself. So am looking for people going through the same

thing. I'm a stay at home mom. Have 2 girls. And I want to be healthy

for them and show them the right way to eat and live. We are all about

snacking and junk food and I want to stop that. I want to become more

active but it's hard when the husband doesn't want to go out and just

wants to stay at home. I recently found a park near where we live and

want to go there every day to walk or do some kind of activity. Did

that for a few days till the rain came back. I am hoping to get back

in to track. Last night I tried my first salad. LOL It wasn't that

bad. Enough rambling but thanks for letting me join and I hope I can

make some good friends here. :)
