I had my Gastric Bypass surgery on April 19, 2004. I have since gone

from 387 pounds to 246 pounds. I have found though in the last 3-4

months my appetite has kicked up and I cannot get enough sugar...yes

ladies and gents I said sugar. Do I have dumping...sure I do, but it

is not like the usual dumping because my metabolism is still slow...so

my dumping takes 12-24 hours to really take affect. Although I do go

through the rapid heart beat, the hot flashing sensation, the shaking,

but the dumping does not come right away. I need help...I need

support...I need suggestions. I am addicted to sweets and breads. I

try to eat right and I have difficulty...when I sit down to a meal I

can never finish it but I can eat a bag of chips or a danish or a

bagel, or a piece of cake and or pie. I know a lot of it is emotional

and nervous eating. I need help...I want to go on the Weight Watchers

program so I can take off the last 46 pounds and reach my goal weight.

I am just reaching out...I hope someone can help me.
