I bought some Epicor, I opened up a capsule and took a tiny amount of the

powder

and had a flare-up. Your mileage may vary. But be careful. I wouldnt go

swallowing a

whole pill at first if you want to try it.

I use the diamond and have taken up to 6 tsp. a day without any issues.
