I found that I was unable to use the hot wax by myself without a lot of mess, so

just use wet , warm packs . I have the packs that I keep in freezer and can

use them either way, heating in microwave when want good and warm.

I also changed faucets to levers , on bath/shower and lavatory. I hang long

strands of beads (from Louisiana) on all door handles so I can pull them open or

shut from my rove around electric chair , added rubber cane tips to the timer

control on the microwave, (very old MW with twist control), have large electric

jar opener that you set a jar in it and close it down on the jar and it twists

the lid open... most normal sized ones..., also an electric can opener that

cuts the top of the can off leaving smooth edge. have some electric switches

that have rigged up lengths of beads that help to turn on and off from chair;

Use electric food processors to chop/ or pate foods of all kinds.

These changes have helped and it also helps to remember that I need to rest them

and not over strain them.

Use them, Weaker, tired, ...rest them.
