We are making a series of LDN Videos - want to take part?

Special thanks to everyone that sent in photos for the LDN Aware Week Video, it

has been round the world several times already.

We will have videos of the Birmingham LDN conference plus due to popular demand

we are putting together a series of video over the next few months starring

those people taking LDN around the world.

Would you like to take part?

If you submitted a photo for the last video please do so again, we are looking

for:

A photo of you, as large and as clear as you can get it, would be good if you

could get one of you doing something or with other people, if not it doesn?t

matter.

This time we will be adding text for those that would like to share information,

if you prefer to remain anonymous that is ok.

1. Full Name/ First Name/ Initials or none

2. Country

3. Condition

4. Diagnosis Date

5. LDN Start Date

6. Two sentences explaining what you think of LDN.

Plus we are putting together the LDN Lamb World Tour, please send us your

photo?s telling us what Country they were taken in. Again we can add your name,

initials but it is optional.
