Guest guest
It is not that the post by Nick suggests that we think our problems away but that we try an look to a more positive future. Guest guest
Thanks ! I'm going to go for a walk around the block now that I feel so good after reading that! Cheers, . thinking Hi everyoneI just want to share something that changed the way I think...because letsface it... what we THINK plays an important part in our illness. When, andI am still learning this, I put this into practice, my life becomes soexciting, and I am learning not to think negative thoughts, but positiveones. In our case, we need to have a vision of what we want to become, notof what we are... we don't want to get "stuck" in this to the point, we failto learn from it, or fail to overcome it. I believe has grasped thisfrom what we has shared to the group, but some times we don't know how tostart the ball rolling in that direction.A lot of what is written here is a photocopy from a friend who is teachingthis. Don't be put off my certain terms, or certain phrases. This is lifechanging stuff, and if we realised the affect of negative thinking, and howit sets us up for disaster, we would grab on this real quick! Not everyone is going to agree with it, and that's o.k. We are alldifferent, and at different stages in our life. Because I have only writtencertain "bits" it might be a little confusing, but hope that you graspsomething from it.Be well...post as follows touched on this in a previous post, about thinking well thoughts etc,but to actually understand how out thoughts effect our lives is reallyvital. so bear with me and I will try to explain what is an in depthsubject, briefly.Hit the delete button now if you like <grin>Recognise that we live in two worlds... the outer, physical world, and theworld inside our minds. We live simultaneously in these two worlds. The inner world is the world of our thoughts. Our fears, ambitions, happiness, confidence, doubt, etc, these do not exist in the outer world. The outer world is the world of situations, circumstances that happen to us.It is our physical reality.Take a moment to realise how they influence each other..... e.g.... I have achild with severe special needs who is healthy, but fragile... when she wasdiagnosed, I started to paint a picture in my mind of what our life would belike... how sick she would be, and I literally had her dead and buried in mythoughts... In reality, things are very different... sure my world haschanged from what it was, but it is not the negative picture that I paintedin my mind.We become dominated by what happens in the physical world (in our case) ourbodies and our aches and pains), and then we mirror in our minds the thingsthat are happening to us. e.g.... when "good " things happen, we feelhappy, excited, confident, content etc, and when "bad"things happen, we feelupset, depressed, angry, bitter etc. Thus, our inner world reacts constantly, and since we spend all our timereacting, we do not experience POWER... we feel powerless.Proverbs 23:7 As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.This is so true...where our thoughts go, we WILL follow... we will becomewhat we think...It is SO important to grasp that our minds is a battlegroundwhere we either are going to win or lose.In reality, we are dealing with candida, but in our minds we will decide ifwe are going to win or lose the battle.Rom 12.2 Be transformed by the renewing of your minds..... even though thisis a biblical principle, it applies to everyone. You will be transformed bythe renewing of YOUR MIND.You are the cause of a lot of what happens to you...before you all get offyour bikes... think about it.... If we take anti-biotics, eat junk alot, etcetc, we end up with candida... we may not have realised it at the time, butin part, the fault lies with us, and the healing of it will lie with us too. Please understand, I am not condemning anyone here saying how silly we allare and it's all our fault we have candida, but think about that statement.A lot of who we are, where we are, what we do,,,,, has happened because ofour actions and choices. ( not everything is a result of what we do etc) -just wanted to stress that one. Your life is a reflection of you. WE AREGIVEN CIRCUMSTANCES TO DISCOVER DEEPER CAUSES TO BRING ABOUT CHANGES IN US. is a great example... look at where she has come and what she haslearned... her circumstances, while painful, have made her STRONGER... andthey will with all of us if we can start to direct our thinking.THE CONSCIOUS MINDThree important features of the conscious mind.1. It is in constant motion, churning out thoughts 24 hours a day. Weexperience more than 20,000 thoughts a day.2. It is the great trickster. We cannot always believe what our mindstell us.3 There is a lot of useless thought going on inside our conscious mind.e.g. worry, fear, doubt, anxiety etc.Everyday we react and relate to circumstances and situations through thismechanism that does not allow us to pause and figure out what is going on.We have lost control of our mind. it is running wildly, but because we areunaware of it, we accept it as normal. it is no wonder people feeloverwhelmed at times. Fortunately, we can gain control when we understandhow the conscious mind works.OUR MIND IS RUNNING FAULTY BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TAUGHT HOW TO RUN IT!Self ObservationYou can watch how your conscious mind works by using a technique called selfobservation.Several times a day, stop and observe yourself.Catch your self thinking.Be very detached as if you are looking at another personWatch the thoughts that are going on in your mindWatch your conscious mind in operationTHE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND CANNOT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN CONSTRUCTIVE ANDDESTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS.IT WORKS WITH THE MATERIAL YOU FEED IT, OR IT FEEDS IT SELFIT DOES NOT MATTER TO THE CONSCIOUS MIND WHAT THOUGHTS IT THINKS, BUT ITABSOLUTELY MATTERS TO YOU.FOUR EXCELLENT TECHNIQUES FOR REMOVING A NEGATIVE THOUGHT.Cut it off. Replace the negative thought with a different thought. The instant you recognise the neg. thought, cut it off. Insert a differentthought.Become the observer of the negative thought. label it.. Right now I amexperiencing a negative thought. It is ONLY a negative thought... REMEMBERTHIS FOREVER!!! Negative thoughts only have power over you if you react tothem. If you fail to react, it has no power.Exaggerate it into the ridiculous. e.g.... I was thinking about eatingsomething naughty... I imagined eating 3200 of this biscuit, and how I grewso fat I couldn't fit through the door, and rolled around the house etcetc. You end up laughing at yourself.Negative thoughts don't come along with warning bells. They come as if theywere the gospel truth!Counteract it with its exact opposite. The mind can only have one thoughtat a time. Box the negative like a boxer fights! Give it the ol 1-2.Don't let it rule you.We are the master gardeners of our own consciousness. No matter how deepthe root of the negative, you will eventually get it out.SIX LAWS OF THE MINDThoughts are real forces. Our mind is like a spoilt child. It is used to doing anything it pleases, when it pleases. It may concentrate for 20 seconds, then it wanders. "Idon't want to do this, this is boring. "I can't concentrate". Initially itis like the first visit to the gym, this is the worst you can do. Your mindwill not be too thrilled you are doing this and will try and stop you.Every thought you think is a force and energy.Weak and scattered thoughts are weak and scattered real forcesStrong and concentrated thoughts are strong and concentrated real forces.Take a couple of minutes to contemplate the meaning of "thoughts are realforces". Our thoughts are very powerful. The mind is both a sending station and receiving station of thought. We are effecting our outside environment by our thoughts, and the outsideenvironment is effecting us by the thoughts of those around us. Theexchange of energy between the two does not stop. The law of attraction. Thoughts that are emotionalised become magnetisedand attract similar and like thoughts.Any thought with emotion becomes a different type of thought. It attracts similar types of thoughts the way a magnet attracts iron.e.g. a small incident can trigger thoughts of everything going wrong in ourlives. On the other side, Nothing succeeds like success, because itmagnetises more success. The law of control: we are forever experiencing thoughts but we have theability to either entertain these thoughts of dismiss them.Any negative thought that is in our mind is there because we are allowing itto be. We carry a lot of junk around in side of us that we should have letgo of along time ago. Cultivate the mind by not allowing negatives orinadequacies to have a place.I could go on typing this out,, but my hands are getting sore..... if youare interested in the complete copy I have here, I could possibly scan itand send it.Send blank message to candidiasis-unsubscribeonelist if you want to UNSUBSCRIBE ! Guest guest
HI Liz I didn't mean to upset you, I was merely trying to explain that our mind is where we win or lose most of our battles. Ignorance is not stupidity, merely a lack of knowledge. You cannot always blame the doctors, as they are just doing what they have been taught to do, indeed, they think they are helping. I could blame my mother for all those antibiotics she gave me as a child that ruined my teeth, not to mention my health, but she was only doing what she did out of ignorance, she wasn't doing it on purpose to harm me. She thought she was helping me. Yes, it is unfortunate that we are all suffering from this disease, but we can learn so much from it. It would be nice if we all lived in a world that was without stain or blemish, and without pain and suffering. I am not speaking down to you, I too suffer every day from 3 chronic diseases, but I thank God that I can see, still walk, and enjoy what I have been given. When I look at my child who is blind, and hearing impaired, who has endless disabilities, I see a child who is so happy to be alive. She is a joy to be around - she sees beyond her disabilities. We need to try to see beyond ours. This is what I was trying to attempt to explain. I am sorry if it didn't sound that way. I don't ignore the fact that I have a problem, Gosh, I am spending a fortune lately trying to eradicate it! Recognising that we DO have a problem, but trying to remain positive through it is better than getting lost in it. I am sorry that your husband's mother did nothing about her illness. It must have hurt you greatly to see her doing this. you are right, we cannot paint rosy pictures and ignore our illness. We need to fight it every day till we are all well enough to do what is doing, and encourage others to do the same. Kind Regards thinking Hi everyone I just want to share something that changed the way I think...because lets face it... what we THINK plays an important part in our illness. Fortunately, we can gain control when we understand how the conscious mind works. OUR MIND IS RUNNING FAULTY BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TAUGHT HOW TO RUN IT! Self Observation You can watch how your conscious mind works by using a technique called self observation. Several times a day, stop and observe yourself. Catch your self thinking. Be very detached as if you are looking at another person Watch the thoughts that are going on in your mind Watch your conscious mind in operation THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND CANNOT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN CONSTRUCTIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS. IT WORKS WITH THE MATERIAL YOU FEED IT, OR IT FEEDS IT SELF IT DOES NOT MATTER TO THE CONSCIOUS MIND WHAT THOUGHTS IT THINKS, BUT IT ABSOLUTELY MATTERS TO YOU. FOUR EXCELLENT TECHNIQUES FOR REMOVING A NEGATIVE THOUGHT. Cut it off. Replace the negative thought with a different thought. The instant you recognise the neg. thought, cut it off. We are effecting our outside environment by our thoughts, and the outside environment is effecting us by the thoughts of those around us. The exchange of energy between the two does not stop. The law of attraction. Thoughts that are emotionalised become magnetised and attract similar and like thoughts. Any thought with emotion becomes a different type of thought. It attracts similar types of thoughts the way a magnet attracts iron. e.g. a small incident can trigger thoughts of everything going wrong in our lives. On the other side, Nothing succeeds like success, because it magnetises more success. The law of control: we are forever experiencing thoughts but we have the ability to either entertain these thoughts of dismiss them. Any negative thought that is in our mind is there because we are allowing it to be. We carry a lot of junk around in side of us that we should have let go of along time ago. Guest guest
'Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be'. Liz, I think the problem here is people often assume that the goal of positive thinking is to somehow with a 'click of the brain' the physical ailment will just disappear. THIS IS NOT what positive thinking is about. For example, the fact that I had the POSITIVE thought about 3-4 months ago 'I want to get rid of this horrible yeast infection forever!' helped me find the right people, the right resources, and ideas to help hit this thing on the head. Like this e-mail list for example. I wouldn't be without it. The naturopath I go to, friends and family etc seem to appear out of the wood work to help me along. With the positive thought, the ACTION followed. I'm doing all I can, just like others on this list to try to come to grips with it. But the 'ACTION' can't happen without the 'THOUGHT'. That's just pure logic. You try putting toast in the toaster in the morning without thinking about it: it just plain isn't going to happen! I'm with you about the ignorant doctors. But the strange thing is: very few doctors ever heal the world. This is a futile path (in my opinion): trying to 'get' doctors to see they are wrong. ly, it seems to me that 'doctors' are more flawed than most on the personality front. So, if you can get all the doctors to simultaneously agree that Candida exists and that it ought to be treated in a natural manner then my hat's off to you. In the meantime, I personally believe its people who heal - word of mouth has a wonderful way of working its wonders - we all know about the 'wifes tales' that actually WORK. Doctors don't rule the world. We do! And its up to us to tell those around us which things worked for us and which things didn't (as many and varied that is).If I relied on doctors to get the message right, then I wouldn't be having the quality of life that I have today. Hope this doesn't sound too scathing of doctors: they are human beings just like us: trying to make sense of the world and all its workings. Just my two cents worth! T thinking Hi everyone I just want to share something that changed the way I think...because lets face it... what we THINK plays an important part in our illness. Not everyone is going to agree with it, and that's o.k. We are all different, and at different stages in our life. Because I have only written certain "bits" it might be a little confusing, but hope that you grasp something from it. Be well ...post as follows touched on this in a previous post, about thinking well thoughts etc, but to actually understand how out thoughts effect our lives is really vital. so bear with me and I will try to explain what is an in depth subject, briefly. Hit the delete button now if you like Recognise that we live in two worlds... the outer, physical world, and the world inside our minds. We live simultaneously in these two worlds. The inner world is the world of our thoughts. Our fears, ambitions, happiness, confidence, doubt, etc, these do not exist in the outer world. The outer world is the world of situations, circumstances that happen to us. It is our physical reality. Take a moment to realise how they influence each other..... e.g.... I have a child with severe special needs who is healthy, but fragile... when she was diagnosed, I started to paint a picture in my mind of what our life would be like... how sick she would be, and I literally had her dead and buried in my thoughts... In reality, things are very different... sure my world has changed from what it was, but it is not the negative picture that I painted in my mind. We become dominated by what happens in the physical world (in our case) our bodies and our aches and pains), and then we mirror in our minds the things that are happening to us. e.g.... when "good " things happen, we feel happy, excited, confident, content etc, and when "bad"things happen, we feel upset, depressed, angry, bitter etc. Thus, our inner world reacts constantly, and since we spend all our time reacting, we do not experience POWER... we feel powerless. Proverbs 23:7 As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. This is so true...where our thoughts go, we WILL follow... we will become what we think...It is SO important to grasp that our minds is a battleground where we either are going to win or lose. In reality, we are dealing with candida, but in our minds we will decide if we are going to win or lose the battle. Rom 12.2 Be transformed by the renewing of your minds..... even though this is a biblical principle, it applies to everyone. You will be transformed by the renewing of YOUR MIND. You are the cause of a lot of what happens to you...before you all get off your bikes... think about it.... If we take anti-biotics, eat junk alot, etc etc, we end up with candida... we may not have realised it at the time, but in part, the fault lies with us, and the healing of it will lie with us too. Please understand, I am not condemning anyone here saying how silly we all are and it's all our fault we have candida, but think about that statement. A lot of who we are, where we are, what we do,,,,, has happened because of our actions and choices. ( not everything is a result of what we do etc) - just wanted to stress that one. Your life is a reflection of you. WE ARE GIVEN CIRCUMSTANCES TO DISCOVER DEEPER CAUSES TO BRING ABOUT CHANGES IN US. is a great example... look at where she has come and what she has learned... her circumstances, while painful, have made her STRONGER... and they will with all of us if we can start to direct our thinking. THE CONSCIOUS MIND Three important features of the conscious mind. 1. It is in constant motion, churning out thoughts 24 hours a day. We experience more than 20,000 thoughts a day. 2. It is the great trickster. We cannot always believe what our minds tell us. 3 There is a lot of useless thought going on inside our conscious mind. e.g. worry, fear, doubt, anxiety etc. Everyday we react and relate to circumstances and situations through this mechanism that does not allow us to pause and figure out what is going on. We have lost control of our mind. it is running wildly, but because we are unaware of it, we accept it as normal. it is no wonder people feel overwhelmed at times. Insert a different thought. Become the observer of the negative thought. label it.. Right now I am experiencing a negative thought. It is ONLY a negative thought... REMEMBER THIS FOREVER!!! Negative thoughts only have power over you if you react to them. If you fail to react, it has no power. Exaggerate it into the ridiculous. e.g.... I was thinking about eating something naughty... I imagined eating 3200 of this biscuit, and how I grew so fat I couldn't fit through the door, and rolled around the house etc etc. You end up laughing at yourself. Negative thoughts don't come along with warning bells. They come as if they were the gospel truth! Counteract it with its exact opposite. The mind can only have one thought at a time. Box the negative like a boxer fights! Give it the ol 1-2. Don't let it rule you. We are the master gardeners of our own consciousness. No matter how deep the root of the negative, you will eventually get it out. SIX LAWS OF THE MIND Thoughts are real forces. Our mind is like a spoilt child. It is used to doing anything it pleases, when it pleases. It may concentrate for 20 seconds, then it wanders. "I don't want to do this, this is boring. "I can't concentrate". Initially it is like the first visit to the gym, this is the worst you can do. Your mind will not be too thrilled you are doing this and will try and stop you. Every thought you think is a force and energy. Weak and scattered thoughts are weak and scattered real forces Strong and concentrated thoughts are strong and concentrated real forces. Take a couple of minutes to contemplate the meaning of "thoughts are real forces". Our thoughts are very powerful. The mind is both a sending station and receiving station of thought. Cultivate the mind by not allowing negatives or inadequacies to have a place. I could go on typing this out,, but my hands are getting sore..... if you are interested in the complete copy I have here, I could possibly scan it and send it. Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the insight. I agree with the message. I feel that healing starts with the mind, that sickness starts with the mind, on that subtle level of energy. That is a good strategy to stop the negative thoughts. I would like to add that (this is in my experience and some of my spirtiual friend's experience) that while it is important to replace the negative thoughts with positive one's, it is also important for me in healing that I deal with all of my feelings--with my traumas associated with my past, with my grief, my anger, my resentments. All my life, and it worked as a protection from abuse when i was a child, I have been pushing down my thoughts with food, denying my feelings, stuffing them.. In therapy now, I am learning to release them in a safe environment. All lot of the dark stuff is coming up--and I am trying to accept those parts of me instead of pushing them down and feeling shame.. I am trying to bring those dark parts into the light, otherwise they will manifest in unhelathy ways, i.e. the candida. I am struggling with change..i have been comfortable in old patterns for a long time. But I am finally ready to change physically, mentally and spiritually. The hardest part for me is the food cravings right now.. The old patterns just don't work anymore and I am in this in between stage where all my ego stuff is just knocking me in the head..but i'm not sure how to replace it with another model of reality ..or I am afraid..afraid of change..afraid of my magnificence..... Thanks for listening to me vent! Thanks for the post!!!!! Carol
Guest guest
I didn't cause my candida overgrowth, ignorant doctors did. Also ignorant doctors ignored my condition so that it is so out of control I very much doubt I will make anymore than a dent in an improvement of my condition. 15 years ago the web wasn't in the state it is today, filled with message boards and information flowing with self help groups. Also I didn't own a computer. The way to get help is finding a knowledgeable person, also affording one. You can paint rosy pictures in your mind every day and try to ignore the fact that the problem exists. Many people do this when they feel, and they know they have cancer. They don't seek help and they die. Good thought never helped that situation. My husbands mother is one of these rosy picture painters. Every time he would go to her to seek help for a problem she would say "Don't worry everything will work out fine." Never any advice but that . Not finding answers to problems results in deeper problems. I am sick of that kind of thinking. I do know from experience that to ward off many episodes of depression is that you must catch the negative thought when it first enters your mind and dismiss it. But dismissing a physical pain is that you encounter every day from an illness is not an option in my opinion. You can't wish your troubles away. From experience. LIZ D thinking Hi everyone I just want to share something that changed the way I think...because lets face it... what we THINK plays an important part in our illness. When, and I am still learning this, I put this into practice, my life becomes so exciting, and I am learning not to think negative thoughts, but positive ones. In our case, we need to have a vision of what we want to become, not of what we are... we don't want to get "stuck" in this to the point, we fail to learn from it, or fail to overcome it. I believe has grasped this from what we has shared to the group, but some times we don't know how to start the ball rolling in that direction. A lot of what is written here is a photocopy from a friend who is teaching this. Don't be put off my certain terms, or certain phrases. Guest guest
And you wrote: "You are the cause of a lot of what happens to you..." So, you have 3 chronic diseases, then it must have been caused by you. Right? So, you have a child who is blind, and hearing impaired, who has endless disabilities. Did your child cause these problems or did you because you gave birth to this being? Get my point? I cannot believe you typed such as sentence as that in your post. It has really aggravated me because I have experience first hand friends and family who looked at me physically and spiritually as if I have some kind of control over the way my life is suffering from one problem to the next. I can't believe you really believe this you must be sick minded or something. Sorry to be crude but this is such a crude statement. Cultivate the mind by not allowing negatives or inadequacies to have a place. I could go on typing this out,, but my hands are getting sore..... if you are interested in the complete copy I have here, I could possibly scan it and send it. Guest guest
You can think until your brain falls out. If help isn't there you cannot wish it into your lap. This is life changing stuff, and if we realised the affect of negative thinking, and how it sets us up for disaster, we would grab on this real quick! Guest guest
Sherry: I had that overwhelming fatigue when my PsA symptoms first started, though at the time I didn't know what was going on. For me, it wasn't a physical tiredness as much as it was a sleepiness that was almost like what I assume narcolepsy to be. I literally got to the point where I was afraid to drive anywhere except right here in town for fear I would fall asleep at the wheel. I also had an inability to concentrate. I love to read but would find myself reading a couple of pages in a book and not having the slightest clue what I'd just read. I've not had either of these symptoms again since I started on Enbrel but I've also not really experienced a " flare " so maybe the two go hand in hand, since you mention being very sore.   However, if you have fibromyalgia in addition to PsA, it could be that because " fibromyalgia fog " is a phenomenon my rheumy has mentioned. The nausea is not anything I've experienced.  Joanna Hoelscher
Guest guest
I wish I could offer you some help in understanding this. I'm anxious to see from the responses if these are some of the things that go along with PsA. " oknextinline " <oknextinline@...>
Guest guest
Sherry, I am going through the EXACT same thing. There are times I just have to drop everything and shut my eyes before I pass out. And my hips hurt so badly.I do have type II diabetes, but it is well under control. If you find a remedy, please keep us updated! Tami in KC
Guest guest
Sherry, what you describe is common - all of it. The narcolepsy was a huge problem for me until I got the PA under control. It still happens when I flare even a little. You think you would sleep for 10 hours, but you should actually pull over in a parking lot, lay your head back and let yourself doze off. I'll bet you will wake up in 5- 15 minutes - that's how it was is for me. The fatigue hits me in waves. When my flares subside I will go through days, weeks or this past summer it was 3 months where I have lots of energy and sleep a normal amount at night. Then when I flare even a little, I get tired easily and sleep a lot more. When I flare badly, I may sleep 10 hours at night and take a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon. It seems ridiculous, but I find that the increased sleep is very healing and helps me get better more quickly. The brain fog is also common to PA. I personally think it is caused by our brains having to cope with the constant pain. We spend so much mental energy trying to suppress the consciousness of pain so that we can get through the day that there is not enough left over for thinking or memory. I've read that this is common with all kinds of chronic pain situations. For me it was so bad that for the first year while I was struggling to get control of PA, I could not read nor even follow a 30 minute sit-com on TV. I still struggle with brain fog when I flare. Are you taking a biological (I can't remember)? If so, be sure to let your doctor know about the muscle pain. It may be nothing more than muscle pain from walking funny because of the PA pain, or even tendon pain that is mistaken for muscle pain (I've made that mistake myself). But you should check with your doctor for caution's sake. best regards, sherry z
Guest guest
I had the same problems with the brain fog, overwhelming physical and mental fatigue, and the problems with driving. I was taking Indomethacin and MTX at the time. I added Enbrel to the mix in 2001 and with the Enbrel, it only happens occasionally. These seem to be common symptoms and can be as incapacitating as the pain caused by the PA. Becky
Guest guest
, Meetup.com is a good way to get groups started, and there are several for arthritis & fibromyalgia out there. It does cost money to run a group on Meetup.com (joining an existing group is free unless the group organizer charges dues/fees), but they do a great job of publicizing and giving you free marketing tools. I run my Dachshund club through Meetup.com, and have for several years. It's awesome! Guest guest
I think that's a great idea. Couple of years ago when I asked my Rheumatologist about just such a support group she told me that the medical profession has done such a good job of taking care of us that there is no need for support groups. So here I am with a basket of medication, enough strength to take a nap when I wake up, and joints that allow me to carry an empty egg carton wherever I want. Thanks medical profession! I'd ask for even more help but I'm afraid of being PERMANENTLY HOSPITALIZED!!! Stan Seattle, Rainy. [ ] Thinking I'm thinking about starting a local support group in my area for those who have RA.  Does anyone know how I would get this started.  I think I need others to talk to besides online about RA and connect with others face to face maybe once a month.  I would appreciate any ideas. in land
