lynne, i think you should get off the paxil asap--that stuff is bad. it gave me

horrendous migraines for years w/o my putting two and two togather, and kaiser

tried to force me to stay on it during my pregnancy--thank god i am a truculent

sort or my son might have been born with birth defects. two caps of st. john's

wort and regular exercise works much better for me, but it's different for

everyone. keep casting about, make a list of everything that might conceivably

help you and try it all, check stuff off as you go down the list and after a

year you'll find a regular and affordable program that works for you. i call

this kitchen sinking it.

get 'the encyclopedia of nutritional healing'--it's got a great section on

depression and has been my bible for so much else. $30--and it will save you

thousands over the years.

good luck,

Thanks so much Aviva....I totally agree. I have been on this crap for

fifteen years, because of post partem dep.

I have tried to wean off many times, and I would end up with bad panic

attacks, which I never had before I started the drug.

I certainly am not depressed now either. If I don't get off of it, it

will compromise my healing of MS. It also causes damage to the CNS...
