Ok, I got the signature filled out, but then how do you get it to come up on the email? It is checked but it won't put it on at the end. I'm such a pest. Did you mark the circle in upper lefthand corner that said " Signature on all outgoing documents" or something like that. If you did then I cannot help you as I see no other way to tell the system to add the signature.
