Kerry, Sounds to me like you have it figured out, for today anyway. (Grin) I

just wish that

my body and my brain had better communication with each other! I think it is

natural for

some people my age to want to start downsizing. I've been doing that for years,

dividing

pictures up, giving " special " items to my daughters, etc. I hate the idea of

leaving a " big

mess " for them to have to wade through.

Kathie and Kerry, My recent move has

helped to "downsize".

It's amazing how much stuff gets accumulated over 31 years in one house!

I've given many things to my kids, many donations of multiple pots and

pans, loads of un needed

clothes to charity clothing drivves. Still, I have mostly filled

closets and cabinets in the new place.

I'll have to do more " downsizing".

Most work has been on hold because of the birth of

Sara and her mommy's PPD and then my vertigo and fall.

So, stuff will just have to wait for me.

I'm not much of a hoarder to begin with but I too have been 'sorting through things' and giving things away and plan next week to go through pictures and give them out appropriately. A sad job isn't it.

Because I know why I'm doing it.

I think some things we just can't part with and shouldn't. The kids/Rich know what is important to me and they well may be left with some things to deal with. They assure me they don't mind.

I can imagine how much you miss the hockey Kerry. I remember too when you did so many things it seemed impossible. Difficult to deal with.

BTW...I don't think you saw the post I sent to you/Tina or you would have replied. I so much wanted to reach out to you two when you posted each other.
