Guest guest
Hi, My Dr took me permanently off Leflunomide because it was causing a worsening of my peripheral neuropathy, my insurance company is refusing to cover Enbrel because it is for a pre-existing condition (I was laid off and had to get my own insurance which went into effect on Oct 1st) so right now I'm having a lot of joint pain along with the tingling/numbness/burning of my hands and feet and was wondering if there is anything anyone has found over the counter to be effective, or at least partially effective, in relieving these symptoms? I did call the Enbrel support line and they are going to appeal the insurance companies decision and if that doesn't work will hopefully be able to help me in some way to get Enbrel, but with the holiday this isn't even going to start until Monday and I just don't know what to do. Any information anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. PJ
Guest guest
I was in the normal range for b-12 technically but my neurologist considers anything under 400 low so wanted me to supplement anyway. It has helped and you can't overdose on b-12 so it's definitely worth asking. beth in ny Sent from my iPod
