Happy thanksgiving, I'm still trying to get moving, I feel like

the tin man in the wizard of oz, if someone could just oil all my joints

haha. Looking forward to thanksgiving dinner yum yum. I hope everybody is

doing fine and having a pain free day yeah that would be something to be

thankful 4. I am grateful for lots of things I am grateful for you guys and

I'm grateful that I found you guys. God bless you all and I hope you have a

happy thanksgiving and may be there be many pain free days ahead.
