Not hungry

I know another person addressed not being hungery at breakfast, but

what if you are rarely hungry throughout the day. For instance, when I

get up, I am usually not hungry, but go ahead and eat anyway b/c if I

did not I would become hypoglycemic. Usually for lunch I am hungry, but

from then on, not enough to eat something (if I stopped and really

thought about it). I fatigue more often and need to take naps than the

need to eat due to hunger. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't

want my metabolism to slow down any more than it has already

(hypothyroidism). I do work out and usually not hungry afterwards

(again, if I truly stop and assess my hunger level). I have had

hypoglycemic episodes on and off over the years and have been told by a

RD to eat at least 5 meals a day or eat every 2-3 hours. Does anyone

have a suggestion?

Also, I have been having difficulty lately by eating when I have not

been hungry. I know that there is something wrong and don't know what

it is until after I have eaten something. Does anyone have suggestions

on how to overcome this. I have found that writing in a journal has

helped, but it seems as if my mind goes on autopilot.
