Guest guest
Stepping in! Great choice of words. My diet is completely different than it used to be. I ate mostly fruits and vegetables but I never seemed to improve past a certain point. I had a hair mineral analysis done and learned that I had been eating the wrong diet for my metabolic type. Grains are good for me (soaked to remove phytic acid) because they help with adrenal function, fats, raw milk, eggs but not tomatoes (food sensitivity). Point being, not all people do well on the same diet. Everything that I eat is grass-fed, free-range and organic, nothing from the grocery store! Eliminating sugar and white flour are other things that we have in common. BBD is working well for you and it helps other people so my advice is to get to know your body's reaction to food. Don't eat what makes you feel bad. I used to not be as crazy about pizza as my friends and family were and now I know why. White flour and tomatoes! > > > Hi, > (Apologies for stepping in but I saw this and thought, as I have a couple of minutes, I might be able to save you some time.)
