San Francisco/Oakland Area

Hello Everyone:

First of all, I want to say thank you for the emails

and good wishes I received after my fall last Friday.

They helped me keep centered.

I'm happy to say that everything seems okay. Just to

be sure, I am seeing an orthopedist tomorrow.

I need to travel to San Francisco/Oakland area over

the weekend. Bill wants to come along; SFO is one of

his favorite places. His doctor says it's okay. But,

we need to be prepared for -just in case. Does someone

know a good medical center/hospital in the San

Francisco/Oakland area. We will be staying in the San

Ramon Marriot. On Monday, we will be in SFO.

And, again thanks for being there.

Hi Aida,

I live in northern California, so had to respond to your question. In San

Francisco, there's always UCSF medical center. I'm not to sure what's in

Oakland though. I would imagine people at the hotels could tell you though.

You might want to inquire re: whether California Pacific Medical Center is

in Oakland; it's otherwise known as CPMC. Hope you enjoy your trip without

any sideline trips to check out the local medical facilities. Smiles and
