Guest guest
Dear Noelle, Wow! I remember what that was like! That was about 8 years ago for me. Welcome to the world of chronic pain. Don't worry, it will sink in--slowly at first, then you come to terms with it in your own way and time. Wow again! Did you say eighty cats?!!! The first thing I can tell you about chronic pain, cut down on your work load! I am a big, Big animal person, but the first thing you might want to look at with animal therapists is quality vs quanity! Less is more, is a good motto to start applying to your life as a chronic pain person. Overdoing it becomes less and less of an option, if you want to keep yourself well enough for some quality of life. Anyway, you will figure it out as you go! There is no other way to learn about living with chronic pain. Because it is a little different for each person. Chronic pain is a very individual to each person kind of thing. Good luck and sharing helps! Kellie Kellie If logic tells us that life is a meaningless accident, don't give up on life, give up on logic. If logic tells you that in the long run nothing you do makes a difference, then don't live in the long run. Life is a series of moments--to live each one is to succeed.
