Hi, does anyone have this, and does it often occur only when trying to sleep? My

arms burn in various areas, on around muscles/elbow, wrist, palm of hands! Over

both muscle and joint areas. I think I have this in my arms? It did start after

an auto injury, but I already was suffering multiple symptoms of autoimmue

disease at the time and didn't have an idea what it might be.
