You know guys, I don't think ANY of us like having MS. And no..there is no

" cure " as the word is typically defined.

HOWEVER there are many natural ways to successfully manage, and even REVERSE

ms symptoms.

And THAT is why we are here.. to learn from each other what works, and what

doesn't. Nope.. it's not an easy road, and there are no quick fixes or magic

pills. Managing ms by natural means takes work and dedication, and

determination.

And part of that path is learning to think positively. Positively about our

options, our abilities and our bodies.

This is supposed to be a positive place. A place members can come for

support, encouragement and suggestions.

This is not a place to be negative or nasty. Your negativity may adversely

effect another member who is also struggling. Instead of jumping on the " I

hate ms " bandwagon, help the original poster to identify what he is

struggling with and locate potential solutions.

It's much more productive.

I just thought that he needed to just get it out - I do too sometimes as well!

;) *shrugs*

Having a scream

and this really is one of the best places to do it/say it after all - coz we

truly 'get' it and are people who will understand. :)

I know people see me as uber positive, but of course there are times when I'm

not - those spaces of time never last long, but hey, they happen.

I hope I'd be allowed to express my fears or hatred of 'MS' too when I was at my

weakest.

I don't think any of us encourage negativity, I think we encourage research,

taking charge of or own ives and destinies and an outlook of being able to fight

what people believe the dis-ease to be with strength and natural methods.

I'm just so thankful that we're all here and have knowledge and passion for

research and 'the fight'. :)

Thanks for pointing us in the right direction Yvette :)

Hi

'MS' doesn't exist in my life - not the way others think of it, or how the

Neuros would have us believe it is.

" remember ms has your body and not you "

I have to strongly disagree with your statement - it doesn't fit with the way I

have made it through thus far. For me, that statement has negative undertones

and nothing 'has' me.

If this phrase works for you, that's great - it just isn't a phrase which exists

in my world. :)

plus it's a bit too much like the NMSS 'catchphrase' that I have always hated.

lol

Good for you finding your way of helping others understand your situation by

using the 'my MS' term. :)

I'm really glad it works for you - it is truly geat when we find a turn of

phrase which gets what we want to across.

'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.'
