Guest guest
Hi Chenille I had the tingling and burning in my hands too but that subsided after I started on the Best Bet Diet and the supplements recommended by www.msrc.co.uk and this group's members. I would read into both dietary aproaches (the BBD and the Swank Diet and any other suggested) and just see which one you think would b best for you. I chose the BBD as it looked more restrictive and seemed to cut out foods that I've had issues with in the past anyway. 2 years (or there abouts) down the road and I'm doing better than I was before starting that is for sure!! I can't help with the tingling and burning specifically, but I do truly believe in Diet and Supplements as helpin us through some of the symptoms. I'd also suggest LDN (low dose naltrexone) which might give some relief - it was one of the best decisions I ever made as taking it has relieved my night time nerve pain (searing heat and pain). I no longer have the pain of 'MS' thanks LDN. 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' MARCUS AURELIUS (121 - 180 A.D.) To: mscured From: tloftus@...
