Guest guest
Hi Dudley,  I have been doing most of the list you suggest. I however have had a problem gaining a physician when health coverage is so expensive. Because of this reason and the fact that when I was seen through a city clinic ( they wanted to put me on drugs) I have been stuck. LDN as I have read can only be prescribed through a physician. Glyconutrients, if you know of a company that uses a dairy and soy free brand I would appreciate the source. I have thought of Bovine Colostrum as something to bring into my diet as well, if you have any info on how that can be helpful I again would appreciate it. I had my first experience w/ MS when I was 22 and my second at 32, I teach yoga have many food allergies and have had them since I was a child so I was always aware of what I can and can not put into my body as far as food. I have tried the chroella, etc. I have been reading and on this sight for a year now and would just really like a bit more input as far as a suggestion to my tingling hands, it at times can get to me.   Thank you, Chenille Subject: Re: Tingling hands To: mscured Date: Wednesday, February 23, 2011, 2:59 AM  Hi Chenille, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful.
