Guest guest Posted November 19, 2008 Report Share Posted November 19, 2008 Hi Jessi, I have been using EFT for some weeks now and it is too soon to tell if it has made any difference. I tap about 7-8 rounds a day and I have made a routine in order to remember do it. I tap with my breakfast, in the afternoon when I rest for half an hour and at night when I go to bed. I have found out that it is easier for me to tap 2-3 rounds on the row three times a day than spread the tapping throughout the day (According to the theory of EFT, one should spread the tapping, but very rarely do I manage it when I am busy with work or other activities). Sometimes I do some extra tapping after having visited the bathroom or when I have to wait for something and nobody is watching. I focus on past traumatic events and on MS symptoms alternatively.
